Pre-order items will be shipped after the products are received and ready for fulfillment. The estimated release or arrival date shown on the product page is for reference only and may be subject to change depending on production, supplier availability, international transit, and other circumstances.

Once your pre-order item is ready to ship, it will be dispatched from our China warehouse. After dispatch, estimated international delivery time is 20–40 business days, depending on customs clearance and the carrier’s shipping schedule.

For orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items, all items may be shipped together after the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Orders placed separately are generally processed as separate orders and may be shipped separately.

If you would like to request order consolidation, please contact our Customer Service team before your orders are processed. We cannot guarantee that separate orders can be combined, as this depends on fulfillment status, warehouse arrangements, and shipping conditions.

Shipping fees are calculated and charged separately based on the applicable shipping fee shown for each order or product at the time of purchase. If separate orders are subsequently combined into one shipment, previously charged shipping fees will not be refunded, credited, or adjusted.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible and provide your order number.

Cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the status and nature of the order. For standard merchandise, if the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel the order in accordance with our applicable policies.

Please note that orders for Fansign Events or other special events are subject to specific event terms. Purchases of merchandise related to Fansign Events cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged due to a change of mind, including changes in personal circumstances, preferences, or inability to attend the event, unless otherwise required by applicable law or the relevant event terms.

For pre-order items, cancellation may also be subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant product or event page.

Nothing in this policy affects your mandatory rights under applicable law. If a product is defective, does not match its description, or is otherwise covered by applicable statutory rights, the relevant remedies will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

If an order is canceled or refunded, any points earned from that order will be deducted from your account in accordance with our Member Rewards Program.
